Loopi provides a platform to create, manage, and share digital business cards and professional profiles via web and mobile.

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, obscene, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or engage in fraud
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for spam or phishing

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your account security and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any breach at support@loopi.in

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Access is granted for the purchased period only. No partial credits or refunds are provided.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant Loopi a limited license to host and display it for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 6 months. We provide services "as is" without warranties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Vadodara, Gujarat.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
